All Access Families was created to support families navigating challenges such as school disengagement, bullying, confidence, family conflict and daily routines.

Through mentoring, practical life skills and family-focused support, we help young people build confidence while reducing pressure on parents and caregivers.

WHOS THIS FOR

All Access Family is designed for families who know their young person needs support but don't have access to it.

Many families find themselves in a difficult position. Their child may be struggling with school attendance, motivation, independence, confidence, social isolation or behaviour, but they don't qualify for NDIS funding, don't meet the threshold for government intervention and don't know where to turn next.

We created All Access Family for the families caught in that gap.

Whether you're trying to rebuild routines, increase school engagement, develop life skills or simply provide your young person with another positive adult influence, All Access Family provides practical support focused on real-world outcomes.

HOW IT WORKS

Young people rarely change because somebody tells them to.

They change through relationships, trust, consistency and positive experiences.

At All Access Experiences, we've spent years working alongside young people across disability, mental health, youth justice, residential care and community services. We've seen first-hand that meaningful change happens when young people feel connected, supported and genuinely understood.

Our approach combines mentoring, life skills development, accountability and positive role modelling to help young people build confidence, responsibility and independence in everyday life. Rather than focusing on appointments and assessments, we focus on creating genuine connections that lead to long-term growth.

WHAT WE CHARGE

All Access Family operates on a tiered support model, allowing families to choose the level of support that best suits their needs. Each package has been designed to provide practical support not only to the young person, but to the family as a whole.

We believe that for a young person to thrive, the environment around them must also be supported. Lasting change is rarely achieved by focusing on the young person alone. Stronger routines, improved communication, increased independence and positive relationships within the family home all contribute to better outcomes.

Our Youth and Family Workers are experienced in working alongside young people and families to deliver tailored supports that meet individual needs and goals. Through a combination of mentoring, life skills development, accountability and positive role modelling, we help young people build confidence, responsibility and a greater sense of belonging within their family and community.

During our structured support sessions, ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the selected package, our team actively engages young people in meaningful activities and skill development that support their personal growth. Whether working on school engagement, independence, household responsibilities, social connection or family relationships, every support is guided by the goals and aspirations of the young person and their family.

Our aim is simple: to help young people develop the skills, confidence and sense of purpose needed to find their place in the world while strengthening the family unit that supports them.

Support doesn't stop when a session ends.

Every All Access Family package includes access to the All Access Family Assistance Line.

The Assistance Line provides parents and carers with direct access to our team when situations arise outside of scheduled support sessions. Whether you're dealing with school issues, behavioural concerns, family conflict, service navigation, risk concerns or simply need a second opinion on how to approach a situation, our team is available to help.

Our goal is to provide practical solutions, not generic advice. Drawing on experience across youth work, disability, mental health, residential care and community services, we work alongside families to identify options, reduce stress and help navigate challenges before they escalate.

The Assistance Line is not a crisis service or emergency response line. It is an additional resource designed to give families access to experienced professionals who understand young people, understand families and understand the challenges that can arise in everyday life.

Because sometimes the most valuable support isn't another appointment, it's having somebody in your corner when you need them.
