WHO WE ARE

Momentum Hubs is a youth support program for young people aged 9–17 who need help building confidence, routine, connection and positive direction.

We support young people who may be disengaged from school, struggling at home, involved with Youth Justice, living in care, or finding it hard to engage with traditional supports.

Our focus is simple: connection first, then growth.

Through mentoring, life skills, creative activities and community-based support, we help young people build trust, develop responsibility and work toward positive goals.
