Westside Heights is the first of four drop-in youth spaces launching here in Geelong. We’ve seen the lack of real spaces for young people to belong, grow, and be themselves, so we decided to build what’s missing. We’re not a self-help centre, and we’re not about ticking boxes. We are purpose driven. Everything we do starts with who’s standing in front of us. If we see a leader, we call it out. If we see a visionary, we make space for it. If we see someone who’s an encourager, we cultivate that gift until it becomes strength. We believe every young person carries something powerful inside them. They just need the right environment to bring it out. That is what Westside Heights exists for. This is a space built for connection, belonging, and growth. It is real people creating real change, one afternoon at a time.
