Rise Outreach is an all inclusive NDIS program that offers a workstation style model of support, where participants can engage in a range of skill based activities including cooking, music, spray painting and graphic design. Each station is designed to build practical skills, encourage creativity, and support participants to work toward meaningful outcomes. The program focuses on developing confidence, routine, communication, and hands on ability, while also creating real pathways into hobbies, community participation, and potential future employment.
The program operates at a 1 to 4 support ratio under NDIS line item 04_102_0136_6_1, with a maximum of 12 participants at any one time. This ensures small group sizes that promote genuine connection, individualised support, and meaningful engagement. Each workstation is facilitated by industry professionals, providing participants with access to real world knowledge, hands on learning, and authentic skill development.
